Flag Banner Request Form

The below form is used to request a flag/advertising banner: Feather Banner, Gazebo, Table Cloths, etc.

  1. Please do not request multiple banner types on the same form, unless detailed instruction is supplied within the form. Otherwise please complete a request form for each type.
  2. Please ensure you attach the corresponding supplier/brander’s artwork template so that the artwork can be properly placed and prepared on the CAD.
    • If no template is supplied we will apply branding to mockup images for previewing purposes.

Please Note: The point of the Flag Banner request is to give detailed information. If you can’t complete all required fields with relevant information, do not submit it until you can. Thank you.

    Template

    Please attach the artwork TEMPLATE supplied by your brander/supplier.

    If none is supplied, please ensure that the proper sizing and bleed is indicated so that a mock-up can be created. Alongside the template, examples of what a clients wants can be supplied (such as a drawing or image from google)
