How to order
- Log on to the Intranet (www.phire-unite.co.za)
- On the main menu, navigate to Procedures -> Uniform -> Your respective department
- Select desired size for garments -> accept the terms and conditions -> click ORDER.
In order to show a united company look and feel A How to Wear Manual will be issued during the course of next week which will have a guideline to how to wear your Sapphire clothing.
Should you need to make a change to your order into sizing please contact person: Lerato: yourstore@sapplive.co.za
For those without access to the website please contact Lerato in JHB to assist with ordering and in CPT your relevant line manager to assist with ordering online.

Terms and Conditions:
• Due to Covid and strict health and hygiene protocols we will not have samples available to fit. You will have to measure based on the half chest measurements supplied. You are responsible to ensure you order the correct size, no exchanges allowed.
• Each person is issued with 3 tops based on department and one t shirt. Should you wish to order additional this will be done so at the cost of the garment.
• As the uniform styles have been selected based on functionality and to represent the different departments within Sapphire you are unable to purchase uniform that has not been selected for your specific department.
• A uniform policy will be issued to you. You need to agree and sign this policy before you get issued with your uniform.
